Many of America’s biggest banks waged a cancel culture war against conservatives and Christian groups over their politics and religious beliefs, a federal investigation revealed this week.

Major U.S. banks denied financial services to conservative businesses, Trump merchandise sellers and Christian organizations, with employees citing customers’ political views, religious beliefs and conflicts with the banks’ own values, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency said in a report released Wednesday.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s report documents account closures, rejected financing and internal screening for terms including “MAGA” and “America First.” It also shows bank employees weighing potential pressure from the Biden administration when deciding whether to serve lawful businesses.

The agency is considering additional rules, bringing debanking records into merger and community-lending reviews, and opening a path for customers to obtain confidential supervisory information in private litigation.

All nine national banks that the OCC reviewed maintained policies restricting services or requiring heightened scrutiny based on reputation risk or industry. The specific findings varied: JPMorgan Chase, PNC, Wells Fargo, and Capital One were cited in completed denials or closures involving political or religious views. The report’s examples involving Citibank and Bank of America concerned industry restrictions and other so-called “reputation-risk” decisions, rather than denials based on customers’ religious beliefs or political affiliations.

Industry restrictions covered Arctic oil and gas exploration and development, coal mining and coal-fired power plants, firearms and ammunition, private prisons and detention facilities, tobacco and e-cigarettes, and digital assets.

Many restrictions reflected anticipated reactions from activists, shareholders, politicians and other stakeholders rather than assessments of financial or operational risk. Digital-asset restrictions were also frequently attributed to concerns about financial crime.

“Today’s report provides irrefutable evidence that the nation’s largest banks have denied, debanked and discriminated against customers and lawful businesses,” Comptroller Jonathan Gould said in an accompanying statement.

The review examined nearly 100,000 complaints, hundreds of individual decisions and approximately 420,000 pages of bank documents. The review covered 2020 through September 2025. President Donald Trump ordered the investigation as part of his effort to end politically motivated debanking. (Read more: Breitbart News, 10/15/2026)  (Archive)

October 15, 2026 - Zelenskyy urgently sits down for interviews as Trump begins highlighting “the Zelenskyy problem"

It is almost impossible to explain what is happening to those who have not followed the last five years of events closely.

In the latest development, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, attempting his best Churchill performance, rushed to British media outlets for lengthy interviews yesterday. Zelenskyy is in London because that is the center of his support system.

If you are a denier of CTH’s long-standing outline about Ukraine being World War Reddit, yet you hold some intellectual honesty permitting you to accept uncomfortable truth, you might perhaps pause and think about what is happening carefully.

Zelenskyy is in a crisis moment within the Russia conflict.  Ukraine is getting pummeled by Russia’s fast-moving and highly accurate drones and missiles.  Yet, at this moment of consequence, Volodymyr Zelenskyy finds the time to travel to the U.K. and give long interviews with pro-Ukraine media outlets.

What exactly is the priority here? ….

Zelenskyy is fighting a narrative war. That’s why the term World War Reddit applies.

It is transparently obvious what is going on. Zelenskyy has one primary demand, more money. That’s it. The rest is positioning and false presentations of patriotism. The “defense of Ukraine” narrative is not about defending Ukraine in the traditional sense; it’s about using the defense of Ukraine to get money.

Five Days Ago we wrote this on X: “We have been watching everything for many years. Your next move will be for Ukraine intelligence, which we all know is EU-NATO intelligence, to launch a kinetic operation against your own energy infrastructure. You will then blame Russia, and your EU-NATO enablers will cite that example in opposition to President Trump. We can see you.“

In the last four days, exactly this predicted situation has been unfolding.

To enhance the sympathetic narrative, Zelenskyy then claims the USA is no longer providing early warning intelligence or permitting Ukraine to launch offensive military strike operations using Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite communications.  Again, more nonsense.

“It is a violation of commercial Starlink terms of service to use the terminal for weapon systems. This applies to all users and is shut down when discovered. There is a separate network called Starshield, which is operated by the US government. This is not under SpaceX control.” ~ Elon Musk, March 2026

President Trump, Secretary Rubio and even Elon Musk have had enough. However, from a perspective of money all U.S. and EU interests position sympathy for Ukraine through the same self-interest prism.

Secretary Rubio was correct when at his brutally honest moment in February 2025 he said, “Ukraine is a proxy war between the United States and Russia”, and the Trump administration had no interest in maintaining this proxy war of foolishness built upon a foundation of grift, fraud and financial self-interest.

That was and remains the non-pretending reality. Western influence agents, led by the United States (before Trump) created this mess. There is a painful Gordian knot that needs to be cut in order to end this madness. President Trump is now pushing back against the entirety of the false Ukraine constructs. I hope he succeeds because this has been going on far too long.

TRUTH SOCIAL 2025 – “Think of it, a modestly successful comedian, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, talked the United States of America into spending $350 Billion Dollars, to go into a War that couldn’t be won, that never had to start, but a War that he, without the U.S. and “TRUMP,” will never be able to settle.

The United States has spent $200 Billion Dollars more than Europe, and Europe’s money is guaranteed, while the United States will get nothing back. Why didn’t Sleepy Joe Biden demand Equalization, in that this War is far more important to Europe than it is to us — We have a big, beautiful Ocean as separation. On top of this, Zelenskyy admits that half of the money we sent him is “MISSING.”

He refuses to have Elections, is very low in Ukrainian Polls, and the only thing he was good at was playing Biden “like a fiddle.” A Dictator without Elections, Zelenskyy better move fast or he is not going to have a Country left. In the meantime, we are successfully negotiating an end to the War with Russia, something all admit only “TRUMP,” and the Trump Administration, can do. Biden never tried, Europe has failed to bring Peace, and Zelenskyy probably wants to keep the “gravy train” going. I love Ukraine, but Zelenskyy has done a terrible job, his Country is shattered, and MILLIONS have unnecessarily died – And so it continues…..

October 15, 2026 - Former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch testimony at Trump's impeachment, conflicts with newly declassified documents

Former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, one of the Democrats’ star witnesses in their first impeachment of Donald Trump, received repeated briefings, emails and memos related to the Ukrainian energy company that employed Hunter Biden, according to declassified documents that directly conflict with her and other witnesses’ testimony in the failed bid seven years ago to remove the president from office.

The documents released Friday by the White House Government Transparency Task Force show Yovanovitch and her aides were apprised of corruption concerns about Burisma Holdings, efforts by the company to repair its image or curry U.S. favor that would not “pass The Washington Post sniff test” and even a bid to get the Trump administration to approve a U.S. visa for Burisma’s controversial owner Mykola Zlochevsky, who was banned from American travel.

The memos provide a stark contrast to Yovanovitch’s testimony that the Biden-Burisma matter “just wasn’t a big deal” during her tenure as ambassador, and that she wasn’t briefed by staff on the issues surrounding Joe Biden’s son except for an initial briefing book during her 2016 Senate confirmation and what she read in the news media.

Yovanovitch and her top aides engaged in dozens of communications between 2016 and 2019 about Burisma, Hunter Biden, Zlochevsky and efforts by their legal defense teams and lobbyists to make investigations go away or curry favor for a company the State Department deemed to be corrupt, according to the documents the task force released, and additional memos obtained by Just the News under open records litigation.

A newly declassified email between Yovanovitch and her top deputy in Kyiv, George Kent, also directly challenges the primary argument Democrats made at the late 2019 House impeachment, namely that Hunter Biden’s relationship with Burisma had no impact on U.S. policy, and therefore it was wrong for Trump to seek investigations into the Burisma scandal.

“The real issue to my mind was that someone in Washington needed to engage VP Biden quietly and say that his son Hunter’s presence on the Burisma board undercut the anti-corruption message the VP and we were advancing in Ukraine b/c Ukrainians heard one message from us and then saw another set of behavior with the family association with a known corrupt figure whose company was known for not playing by the rules,” Kent wrote to Yovanovitch on Nov. 22, 2016.

Just the News first reported on that email while it was still classified, but the White House has now declassified it.

October 16, 2026 - DOJ files statement of interest in Michigan trial court to prevent AG Jocelyn Benson from deleting federal election records

MI Sec of State and Democrat candidate for Governor, Jocelyn Benson

Statements of Interest from the Justice Department in pure state-court cases are rare. It is even rarer for DOJ to intervene at the trial-court level rather than on appeal. It is rare for the department to appear in a state trial court at all. The only recent election example is a 2022 Wisconsin circuit court case over absentee ballot witness addresses.

The filing lands in the middle of Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer’s lawsuit challenging Benson’s rule that forces clerks to delete electronic poll book files just seven days after an election is certified.

Attorney Kevin Kijewski, who represents McQueer, explained the significance:

“The United States enforces the voting records law, so when it tells the court what the law requires, that matters. It said poll book data, including all metadata, are federal election records and that the Secretary of State is responsible for preserving them. That’s exactly what Michelle McQueer has been saying since October of last year, when she first asked the Secretary which law to follow and got no answer.”

Kijewski added a critical caveat about timing:

“The government’s statement was written from the Secretary’s September 30 ruling. The day before it was filed, the Secretary’s own data manager swore in an affidavit filed with the court that the list of voters each precinct used on election day is never copied into the state database. So the facts the government was asked to assume aren’t the facts anymore. The judge has the affidavit. He’ll decide.”

The Justice Department also said that if the Secretary’s factual claims were accurate and all poll book data were uploaded and preserved, it would not prioritize prosecuting clerks who deleted files under the rule. That is the condition Kijewski says the new affidavit now contradicts.

On the DOJ’s decision to enter the case, Kijewski said:

“We didn’t invite anyone in, and we didn’t oppose anyone coming in. This is a clerk asking a judge a simple question. When a state rule says delete, and a federal law says keep, which one does she follow? Anyone who wants to help the court answer that is welcome.”

Attorney Kevin Kijewski, who represents McQueer, explained the significance:

Rob exposes Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s past statements admitting election machines can be hacked and her undercover work for the FBI with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), while the Department of Justice (DOJ) steps into Michigan court over deleted election records and New Hampshire takes its voter ID battle all the way to SCOTUS.

⚡ TLDR: If You Only Read One Thing

• Unearthed Benson Video: 2009 footage catches Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson admitting electronic voting machines can be hacked, infected with untraceable viruses, and alter election outcomes.

• FBI Informant Reveal: Benson previously claimed she worked undercover for the FBI alongside the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which is currently facing fraud and federal indictment allegations.

• DOJ Involves Itself in Michigan: The DOJ files a statement of interest in state court, arguing that electronic poll book data are federal election records that Benson must preserve for 22 months under federal law.

• Data Center Hypocrisy: Candidate John James calls out Benson’s anti-data-center posture while her husband works as a high-paid data center lobbyist.

• SCOTUS Emergency Filing: New Hampshire AG files an emergency application with the Supreme Court after a federal judge blocked the state’s student ID voting restriction just weeks before the midterms.

Federal Records Deletion Lawsuit (McQueer v. Benson)

  • Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer sued Benson over conflicting state guidance instructing clerks to delete electronic poll book data after 7 days, despite federal law requiring 22 months of retention.
  • Attorney Kevin Kijewski filed an amended motion for summary disposition showing that uploaded summary reports do not capture precise timestamps, user IDs, or full precinct roll flags contained in raw poll book files.
  • The DOJ filed a rare Statement of Interest in Michigan Court of Claims confirming that electronic poll book data and metadata constitute federal election records under 52 U.S.C. § 20701.
  • State data manager Rachel Clone admitted in an affidavit that the exact voter list used on Election Day at the precinct level is not saved in the state’s central voter database.
  • Attorney Kevin Kijewski’s Case Update
  • Gateway Pundit Report on DOJ Intervention

🎤 Rob’s Rants

Jocelyn Benson’s Hypocrisy on Hacking –

“When she’s running back in 2009, she’s out there explaining that electronic voting machines can be hacked, viruses can be released, and it’s completely untraceable! But the moment someone questions an election where her party wins? Oh, suddenly you’re a dangerous conspiracy theorist and Dana Nessel wants to prosecute you! The double standard is completely unreal.”

Getting Around the Law –

“She literally admits on camera that the great thing about the law is that it leaves things up to ‘interpretation’ by administrators so you can ‘get around’ current statutes. That isn’t administering the law—that’s perverting the law to benefit your political party!”

📄 Document Dumps

  • McQueer Amended Motion for Summary Disposition: Files detailed comparison showing raw electronic poll book logs contain timestamps, user IDs, and precinct flags missing from summary uploads.
  • DOJ Statement of Interest: Rare intervention by federal prosecutors in Michigan Court of Claims.
    • Key findings: Affirms electronic poll book metadata and raw files are federal election records that must be preserved.
  • New Hampshire SCOTUS Stay Application (26A512): Emergency petition challenging district court injunction on student ID bans.
    • Key findings: Lower court violated the Purcell principle by altering voter ID rules 32 days prior to election day.
    • Link: SCOTUS Docket 26A512

⚖️ Legal Analysis Breakdown

Case/Issue: McQueer v. Benson (Michigan Court of Claims)

  • Core argument: Town clerk Michelle McQueer argues that Secretary Benson’s directive to delete electronic poll book data after 7 days forces clerks to commit a federal felony under 52 U.S.C. § 20701, which mandates a 22-month retention period for all election records.
  • Significance: Establishes whether raw digital files and metadata from precinct poll books constitute primary election records that cannot be erased or substituted with partial summary uploads.
  • Rob’s take: Federal supremacy clause overwrites state administrative rules. Benson cannot order state clerks to destroy digital evidence under the guise of saving disk space or preventing duplicates.
