Zohran Mamdani backed three socialist candidates in New York Congressional primaries overnight. All three won. Five-term incumbent Rep. Adriano Espaillat fell to a Mamdani-backed challenger. Trump impeachment prosecutor ๐ƒ๐š๐ง ๐†๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐š๐ง โ€” personally backed by Hakeem Jeffries โ€” lost his seat.

Jeffries had campaigned personally against every one of those candidates and lost every race. Then, at the Claire Valdez victory party, the crowd turned to face him and chanted โ€ directly at the House Minority Leader.

Mamdaniโ€™s winning slate ran on ๐š๐›๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก ๐ˆ๐‚๐„, blocking U.S. aid to Israel, and full socialist economics. The newly elected Congressmembers-elect have pledged a federal trans bill of rights, taxpayer-funded reparations, and a purge of pro-Israel Democrats. This is the direction the base is pulling the party.

Jeffries built his career as the competent establishment alternative to the hard left. He is now the establishment. The hard left just swept three Congressional seats in his own backyard. The chant wasnโ€™t subtle, and neither is whatโ€™s coming.

Last night’s congressional primaries saw Mamdaniโ€™s three endorsed candidates โ€” freak socialist prison abolitionists who want to dismantle ICE โ€” sweep NYC. But this phenomenon is far from contained to New York.

From DC to Seattle, so-called โ€œsewer socialists,โ€ DSA-darlings, and your local, questionably tattooed barista are taking over the party. Say hello to the new Democrats, where AOC is the moderate.

Three candidates endorsed by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani swept House Democratic primaries Tuesday in solidly blue NYC districts. Rep. Dan Goldman, a two-term incumbent, ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ž๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐š๐ ๐‹๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ, a far-left challenger who has publicly accused Israel of committing genocide in Gaza. Two other Mamdani-backed socialists knocked out Democratic incumbents. Media declared it a revolution. James Carville declared something else.

The veteran strategist who put Bill Clinton in the White House invoked the โ€œS-wordโ€ on a panel that night: schism. โ€ He pointed out that Democrats like Jason Crow went ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ in competitive recruit races โ€” winning repeatedly, unnoticed โ€” while three socialist wins in deep-blue Manhattan consumed every front page.

Then he drew the line that matters most for anyone following the Israel-Hโˆ—mas war. Carville made clear he has no problem criticizing Israeli government policy โ€” he said heโ€™s โ€œenthusiasticโ€ about that debate. The line was drawn at something else:

His verdict on the socialist wingโ€™s electoral performance: โ€œ๐˜›๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜บ ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ข ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜จ๐˜ช๐˜ง๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜‹๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ฅ ๐˜›๐˜ณ๐˜ถ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฑ.โ€ Thatโ€™s not conservative spin โ€” thatโ€™s the architect of the last successful Democrat coalition telling you exactly what Mamdaniโ€™s NYC sweep means for the general election map.

A telling moment in the New York City congressional primaries on Tuesday night came when, near the end of Darializa Avila Chevalierโ€™s victory speech, the crowd began spontaneously chanting, โ€œFree, free Palestine!โ€

Itโ€™s hard to imagine how a candidate could be more anti-Israel than Avila Chevalier, who just ousted a pro-Israel incumbent. But she didnโ€™t directly mention Israel in her speech. When the chant broke out, Avila Chevalier was delivering an energetic but boilerplate line about taking her fight to Washington, DC.

In other words, her base didnโ€™t chant for Palestine because itโ€™s important to her. They chanted because itโ€™s important to them. They didnโ€™t vote for her in spite of her opposition to Israel; they voted for her because of it.
Ben Sales, Times of Israel

Let me remind this piece of garbage what she said and deleted. Not to mention Mayor Mamdani supports her – DISGRACEFUL.

Darializa Avila Chevalier:

-Called for abolishing police: โ€œNo more police at all ever.โ€

-Called for abolishing prisons and borders: โ€œA world without bordersโ€ฆ without prisons or policeโ€ฆโ€

-Said โ€œliterally, abolish the borderโ€ and โ€œall deportation is wrong.โ€

-Shared/endorsed โ€œIsrael doesnโ€™t exist.โ€

-Supported seizing properties from landlords.

-Posted โ€œSeize the means of production.โ€

-Referred to the U.S. as a โ€œfโ€”king disgrace.โ€

-Blamed the U.S. for โ€œbullying Russiaโ€ before the Ukraine invasion.

-Accused U.S. service members of war crimes and mocked veteransโ€™ homelessness.

-Reposted โ€œALL PIGS EVERYWHERE ARE HARAM,โ€
apparently referring to police.

-Posted about wiping dirty hands on the American flag.

GFY! Get out of our country

*Brad Lander, Who Accuses Israel Of Genocide, Says In Victory Speech: โ€œYou Can Be Anti-Zionist And Not Be Antisemiticโ€*

Fresh off his victory over pro-Israel Congressman Dan Goldman, Mamdani-backed progressive Brad Lander defended anti-Zionism in his election night speech.

โ€œYou can criticize Israel and not be antisemitic. You can be an anti-Zionist and not be antisemitic. Many Jews are, and many non-Jews also,โ€ Lander told supporters.

Lander, who has repeatedly accused Israel of committing โ€œgenocideโ€ in Gaza, also blasted former President Joe Bidenโ€™s approach toward Israel.

โ€œOur party needs to admit that Joe Bidenโ€™s โ€˜hug Bibiโ€™ strategy was a catastrophic mistake,โ€ Lander said. โ€œWe cannot keep paying for Netanyahuโ€™s wars with our tax dollars.โ€

He added that Democratic voters are demanding a different approach and called for a โ€œpolitics of shared safety,โ€ comparing Palestinian children in Gaza and the West Bank to his own children.

Landerโ€™s victory marks another win for the progressive wing of the Democratic Party, as all three congressional candidates endorsed by Mayor Zohran Mamdani emerged victorious in their respective primaries.

Founder of the Lincoln Project and Trump antagonist, George “Boo Hoo” Conway, ran for Jerry Nadler’sย  NY 12th District seat and lost to Micah Lasher.

Aber Kawas just won the Democratic primary for New York State Senate District 12 โ€” stepping into the seat of retiring senator Michael Gianaris โ€” backed by socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic Socialists of America, the Working Families Party, and Make the Road New York. She won by double digits (City & State NY; DSA; NYS Focus).

In the video above, Kawas lays out her worldview directly. She traces Islamophobia as a โ€œ๐˜ญ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ญ ๐˜ด๐˜บ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ค ๐˜ฑ๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ดโ€ rooted in colonialism โ€” from medieval Spain through the slave trade to the present. When it comes to 9/11, she frames the attack not as terrorism requiring condemnation but as a โ€œ๐˜ค๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ถ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏโ€ of U.S. foreign policy and Western imperialism.

Heโ€™s not wrong. Last nightโ€™s New York primary delivered Darializa Avila Chevalier โ€” co-founder of a โ€œ๐˜‹๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ฉ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜ˆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ขโ€ organization โ€” as the Democratic nominee for a safe congressional seat. Not one Senate Democrat has crossed the aisle to support basic election security.

The Democrat strategy is coherent: fight every citizenship check, every voter ID requirement, every voter roll purge. Oppose deportation. Flood sanctuary jurisdictions. Then watch the electorate shift. Speaker Mike Johnson didnโ€™t reach for a press release after the New York primaries. He reached for Ronald Reagan.

โ€ And then the line that hits harder than any headline: โ€œ๐˜๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต ๐˜ฑ๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ.

Five-term incumbents removed. Jeffries booed at a victory party. The incoming winners have pledged to abolish ICE, block U.S. aid to Israel, and impose a federal trans agenda. They openly run on socialism and won.

Reaganโ€™s generation fought communism on the other side of the world. Johnsonโ€™s generation is watching ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐œ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐œ ๐’๐จ๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ฌ in New York City.
