Poland… the New World Order is trying to stack the deck before the U.S. elections… this has greater implications than the sovereignty of Poland…
Polish citizens are taking to the streets… protesters are gathering outside Warsaw’s Constitutional Tribunal, waving Polish and Solidarity flags, joined by opposition leaders condemning what they call a Tusk government judicial coup…
Police have secured the Tribunal grounds… its president and vice-president face suspensions… President Karol Nawrocki, Trump’s ally, has turned his plane around and is returning to Warsaw…
Watch the timing… November 3 brings the U.S. midterm elections… that same day, Nawrocki has scheduled a national security meeting concerning a permanent American military base in Poland…
Zoom out… the Ukraine war is approaching another round of peace negotiations… a settlement could transform Poland’s wartime supply corridor into the western gateway of a permanent European land bridge… military infrastructure, energy, trade, and reconstruction extending eastward…
Poland sits at the chokepoint… the deeper struggle concerns who controls the institutions governing that corridor as the postwar European architecture takes shape…
Brussels has spent years contesting Poland’s judicial structure, and now Tusk’s government is confronting a president aligned with Trump…
Through the New World Order lens, this looks like an attempt to consolidate institutional leverage before the American elections and the next phase of Ukraine negotiations…
The timing deserves scrutiny, particularly as Poland’s constitutional conflict reaches the streets… and now Polish citizens are pushing back…
The confrontation is exposing a deeper European divide over national sovereignty, constitutional authority, and the future balance of power…
Control the judiciary… influence the government… shape the postwar settlement… the geopolitical stakes extend far beyond a courthouse in Warsaw…
Watch Poland…

CHAOS IN POLAND: Court chief cuts through gate chains as president rushes back to Warsaw!
In extraordinary scenes outside Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal, its disputed chief, Bogdan Święczkowski, attempted to enter the building with opposition lawmakers. A locksmith cut through the gate’s metal fastening, but police still blocked access to the building.
Meanwhile, President Karol Nawrocki has landed in Warsaw after turning his plane around mid-flight to Senegal as the constitutional crisis escalates.
Opposition leaders accuse PM Donald Tusk’s government of attempting a “coup.” The government says it is restoring the rule of law.
Poland’s two political camps are now openly clashing over control of one of the country’s highest courts.

🇵🇱 BREAKING FROM POLAND! Right now, Poles are singing “Rota,” a historic Polish patriotic anthem, outside the Constitutional Tribunal. Their voices rise into the cold night: “So help us God!”!
The message to Tusk is unmistakable: Never underestimate the Polish spirit of freedom. It runs deep in our nation’s DNA.— Marcin Czapliński (@czaplinskiii) October 30, 2026
JUST IN: Polish President Karol Nawrocki just went INSIDE the country’s highest constitutional court and told the pro-EU tyrants to SHOVE IT, they are NOT the legitimate judges and their takeover is DONE
“You are not judges of the Constitutional Tribunal!”
🔥🔥🔥
This is the elected President of Poland personally standing up to an attempted takeover of the country’s top constitutional court.
INCREDIBLE!!
Donald Tusk’s camp tried to declare the Tribunal’s leadership “suspended” and sent police to the building. Nawrocki flew home and walked right inside, and he is not backing down.
Go get ’em, Mr. President! 🇵🇱🇺🇸 https://x.com/chrzanikx/status/2116327493254950938/video/1

Tusk is breaking Poland’s Constitution
Tusk defended Friday’s move on X, saying that after years of PiS lawlessness, restoring the rule of law requires decisive action. “There is no other way,” he wrote. In August he had promised to restaff the court, admitting his methods might not be to everyone’s liking. (Yahoo News/AP, Washington Times/AP)
That defense collapses the moment you open Poland’s Constitution. Tusk is not restoring the rule of law. He is breaking it, on four counts.
- The Tribunal’s leadership is the President’s to appoint. Article 194 gives the President of the Republic the power to appoint the Tribunal’s president and vice president. It gives no single judge the power to depose them, least of all a judge the head of state never swore in. (Constitution, Chapter VIII)
- The oath is the law. Statute requires new Tribunal judges to swear their oath before the President, and parliament cannot rewrite that by staging its own ceremony. Even Poland’s human rights commissioner, Marcin Wiącek, no PiS loyalist, has said the law requires the president to swear in Tribunal judges. (Notes from Poland)
- The Tribunal’s rulings are binding. Article 190 makes its judgments final and universally binding, and requires them to be published immediately. Tusk’s government has refused to publish them since 2024, including the ruling that the president is under no obligation to swear in parliament’s picks. (Notes from Poland, Parapolitika)
- The government must act within the law. Article 7 binds every public authority to act on the basis of and within the limits of the law. A government that disagrees with a court can legislate or wait for terms to expire. It cannot send riot police to install its own leadership.
Tusk’s camp leans heavily on an opinion from the Venice Commission, an advisory body in Strasbourg that says the president’s role in the oath should be ceremonial. (Euronews) Its opinions bind no one in Poland; the Polish Constitution does. By that text, what happened on Friday night was not a restoration of the rule of law. It was a government seizing a court it could not lawfully control, and Donald Tusk owns every step of it: the judges his majority installed without the president’s oath, the police his justice minister summoned, and the takeover he defended within hours.
Nawrocki’s emergency talks with party leaders began Saturday afternoon, and the first through the door came from Tusk’s own coalition: Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Szymon Hołownia, who said the court needed fixing but force was the wrong way to do it. (TVN24, Goniec)
The talks were still underway at the time of publication. For now, Poland has two rival groups each claiming to be its highest court, police holding the building, and a year until the parliamentary elections that will decide who keeps it. (Read more: The Gateway Pundit, 10/31/2026)
