Photos emerged Thursday showing a crane removing the sign of a Hampton Inn hotel in the Minneapolis area that allegedly refused to accommodate U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and immigration officers.

The formerly Hilton-branded property in Lakeville was stripped of its Hilton label by the hotel chain on Tuesday morning after a video surfaced appearing to show that the location continued to deny immigration officers despite Hilton Hotels saying that the venue had apologized and that “properties are open to everyone, and we do not tolerate any form of discrimination.”

The images showed the sign being lifted off its supports by a crane set up in the hotel’s parking lot.

Hilton did not immediately respond to a request for comment Thursday from Fox News Digital. It’s unclear who is now operating the hotel. A phone number linked to the property appeared to be disconnected when called.  (Read more: Fox News, 1/08/2026)  (Archive)

Senator @RandPaul’s office redacted an email from DOJ official Kenneth Courter that shows him ordering the arrest of an innocent Trump supporter.

Courter had NO evidence to go after Christine Crowder, but he still had her placed in a J6 prosecution queue.

Courter is still employed by the DOJ, according to his LinkedIn.

Why is Paul’s office protecting this man?

Why haven’t they called for Courter’s firing?

January 6, 2026 - Newsom defies Trump, extends illegal aliens trucker licenses in violation of federal immigration law

California Governor Gavin Newsom, who has driven the state into the ground, is brazenly defying federal immigration law, with the radical left-globalist, anti-American administration now sabotaging efforts to revoke thousands of commercial truck driver’s licenses handed out to foreign nationals—many of them here illegally—exposed in a federal audit.

The move has provoked fierce pushback from the Trump administration, which is calling out the rogue state for jeopardizing American lives on highways.

At the heart of this matter are over 17,000 shady “non-domiciled” commercial driver’s licenses that California recklessly issued to noncitizens, including those without proper immigration status or work authorization. Federal officials uncovered massive fraud and violations—licenses that, under American law, should have been stripped away immediately to protect American citizens.

President Trump’s team gave California a rock-solid deadline to clean up this mess and revoke the illegal licenses, warning that defying the will of the American people would bring serious consequences. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, speaking plainly, said there will be no extensions and no excuses, adding California has no moral or legal right to threaten Americans’ safety.

Instead of putting the American people first, the California DMV arrogantly announced it would drag its feet until early 2026, hiding behind claims of needing “more time” to avoid “mistakes.” Federal authorities see right through this as pure globalist obstructionism, and deliberate stonewalling to shield illegal migrants at the expense of hardworking American families.

Duffy fired back, saying the regime in Sacramento is willfully breaking federal law and endangering Americans on our roads. He warned that California stands to lose up to $160 million in federal highway funds—money extracted from hardworking, law-abiding American taxpayers—if it keeps thumbing its nose at the rule of law.

The Trump administration has already hit back hard, withholding tens of millions in funds and ready to unleash more penalties until California backs down. For President Trump and his team, this is about enforcing our borders and protecting American sovereignty.

Trucking is a deadly serious job involving 80,000-pound rigs barreling down highways full of American families. When drivers lack legal status or authorization, they have no business behind the wheel.

This scandal has been amplified by a string of horrific crashes nationwide caused by foreign drivers with questionable or outright illegal credentials, putting innocent American lives at risk.

Open-borders lobbyists and activist groups like the Sikh Coalition and Asian Law Caucus have rushed to defend Newsom’s anti-American policies, suing to keep these licenses intact and crying about “disrupted livelihoods.”

But from the Trump administration’s America First viewpoint, that’s nonsense: No foreign national—legal or illegal—has an automatic “right” to drive massive trucks on American roads if they can’t meet basic federal standards. President Trump’s Administration recognized the victims of the Deep State’s stolen 2020 election and Jan 6 setup who lost their lives.

Innocent Americans died on Jan 6 and after Jan 6 as a result of crimes committed by the Biden regime.

January 7, 2026 - FireAid charitable donations were misused by funding illegal aliens, podcasters, and non-profits

Organizers of last January’s FireAid benefit concert are once again facing accusations that the $100 million in donations did not directly help victims of the Los Angeles fires, after House Republicans published findings from their investigation on Tuesday.

Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-Rocklin), who helped launch the investigation, claimed the “report highlights where the funds were not used in the way that the donors would likely have wanted them to be used.”

In its report, the House Judiciary Committee stated money went to “left-leaning pet projects, illegal aliens, and the administrative costs related to running non-profit organizations.”

“You had examples of funds used for voter outreach efforts, towards political advocacy groups, towards podcasters, fungus planting, those examples are pretty troubling,” Kiley said. “I do want to be clear, there were many organizations that got funds, nonprofits that are certainly very worthy nonprofits.”

During a Thursday interview on Fox Business News with Stuart Varney, Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) said she investigated a $1 million earmark requested by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) for a substance abuse clinic in Omar’s district and uncovered what she described as “tons of red flags.”

Ernst said the clinic was “housed in a restaurant” and that the three individuals listed as running the operation all shared the same residential address.

After alerting House leadership to her findings, the earmark was subsequently stripped from the spending bill.

Ernst told Varney:

What I uncovered the other day in one of our spending bills making its way through Congress was a $1 million earmark from Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota — which was an earmark that was supposedly going to a substance abuse clinic, which actually happened to be housed in a restaurant and run by three individuals that share the same residential address, according to their IRS paperwork. Tons of red flags.

So this is what we saw with the fraud involving the daycare centers. Now we see other earmarks coming directly from members of Congress where it seems fraud is being perpetrated as well.

So I raised the issue, and fortunately, the House has now stripped that earmark out of that spending bill. But again, this is how easy money has been flowing to bad actors in Minnesota.

A leftist protesting outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Minneapolis on Friday admitted on camera she was there because it is literally her job.

Video footage from conservative journalist Nick Sortor showed Fox News host Laura Ingraham talking to so-called “protesters” outside the facility. Ingram asked a woman wearing a red jacket and face covering if she had a job.

The woman, who kept shouting, “Shame! Shame!” finally answered Ingram’s question by stating, “I’m getting paid right now!” and Ingram reacted with a thumbs up:

The news comes as leftist groups quickly mobilized to protest after a woman was fatally shot during an incident on Wednesday involving an ICE agent in Minneapolis, per Breitbart News.

January 9, 2026 - Trump withdraws the U.S. from the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and 65 other globalist institutions

This is factually a much bigger deal, a bigger win, than most will initially appreciate.

As many deep political followers well understand, the 66 organizations that President Trump has just withdrawn from represent a large network of sanctioned government organizations that structurally support the globalist agenda.

President Trump has issued an executive order [SEE HERE] “Withdrawing the United States from International Organizations, Conventions, and Treaties that Are Contrary to the Interests of the United States.” These institutions, including the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, are mechanisms that exist to underpin globalist objectives.

Each of the institutions carry “membership fees” or financial obligations each participating government pays into. Each organization consists of board members, stakeholders and other administrative offices which employ the friends and families of current and former politicians, world “leaders” and essentially well-connected and disconnected elites who run the agencies. It’s like a massive network of NGOs, except the entities exist exclusively with government funding.

Just like the United Nations itself, the USA always pays the dues, fees and largest portion of the operating expenses, which includes payrolls and travel benefits. Other countries participate, but it is the USA who picks up the largest portion of the financial obligations for the organization itself to exist.

Like USAID, the designated “global” organizations (conventions, treaties, etc) operate as massive bureaucratic rule makers for global standards and practices. The organizations themselves employ a network of downstream entities, agencies, contractors, think-tanks, academic liaisons and internal government offices who collaborate with the goals and objectives of the parent organization.

Inside each of these agencies and institutions you find the friends and families of the power brokers who run global -mainly western- systems of government. Withdrawing the support of the U.S. means cutting that entire apparatus off from receiving funding from the USA. Europe and the USA are the largest funders of each of these World Economic Forum aligned agencies.

It is not coincidental that President Trump and Secretary Rubio are making this move in advance of President Trump traveling to Davos, where the network associations congregate. President Trump is expected to deliver a bucket of ice water upon the heads of those who attend Davos annually.

The GREAT RESET crew, who design the global government customs and norms, is being reset.

This move is massive in relation to their financial dependency on the United States participating in the various schemes.

This is a big deal, and President Trump has put Secretary of State Marco Rubio in charge of dismantling it.

• This is essentially deconstructing the George H.W. Bush “New World Order” as established over decades by governing elites, financial institutions & western governments.  • This is removing a massive network of agencies and operations, and the Bush-era 1992 U.N Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) is still only one part of it.

• This is tectonic geopolitical plate shifting with ramifications that are beyond most persons understanding.

Each of these global regulatory processes, policies and constructs, then creates an office within the U.S. government for regulatory enforcement and compliance.

Each treaty, convention and organization creates a bureaucracy within the U.S. govt to comply with it. That bureaucracy then expands govt spending far beyond the initial costs. (i.e. annual membership fees, association fees, and internal agreement payments for each participating govt).

We pay to join the agreement, we agree to the terms of the agreement, then we have to pay to organize our own offices to align with the agreement we just joined.

It gets worse….

Each agency within govt then has to create a subsidiary office for their specific compliance with the larger network. So, you have a DC govt compliance system, and an agency compliance system that is topic specific to that particular agency.

The 1992 UN Framework Convention on Climate Change as an example, means every single agency from HHS to DOD to FEMA to DHS to the entire apparatus of govt, all of them, need to have a corresponding office to create agency specific rules that comply with the originating charter.

You see, it’s not just the Federal Govt paying the U.N a membership fee for the Framework Convention on Climate Change, but each agency within govt then has to pay an office staff filled with lawyers, compliance officers, and bureaucratic nonsense teams that carry out the charter of the agreement we just signed up to.

Each of the 66 outlined “agreements” can end up generating hundreds or thousands of federal employees that are tasked with U.S. administration of the agreement.

Each of those federal employees has an expense account, credit card, vehicle, or voucher method, some form of indulgency, that connects them to the larger spending graft.

What Trump has done is a much bigger detonation than most will initially contemplate.

Thousands of well-connected DC employees, wives of politicians, brothers, sisters, in-laws, friends and family members, will now lose their income streams.

January 9, 2026 - Portland Police Chief cries while confirming Tren de Aragua ties in Border Patrol shooting

Portland’s police chief broke down in tears Friday while confirming that two illegal immigrants shot by a federal agent had suspected ties to the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. Police Chief Bob Day said the two suspects wounded in a U.S. Customs and Border Protection encounter had a “nexus” to the gang, backing up a Department of Homeland Security statement released earlier in the day. “They do have some nexus to involvement with TDA. We can confirm that,” Day said, pausing as he choked up during a news conference.

Yesterday [1/8/2026], two suspected Tren de Aragua gang associates—let loose on American streets by Joe Biden—weaponized their vehicle against Border Patrol in Portland. The agent took immediate action to defend himself and others, shooting them.

The driver of the vehicle, Luis David Nico Moncada is a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela and suspected Tren de Aragua gang member. He illegally entered the U.S. in 2022 and was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. Since then, he was arrested for DUI and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He has a final order of removal.

The passenger, Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras is a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela and is associated with Tren de Aragua. She illegally entered the U.S. in 2023 near El Paso, Texas, and was RELEASED into this country by the Biden administration. Since illegally entering, Contreras played an active role in a Tren de Aragua prostitution ring and was involved with a prior shooting in Portland.

The target of the Border Patrol traffic stop in Portland was TDA affiliate Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras, an illegal alien from Venezuela. Since illegally entering the United States in 2023, Zambrano-Contreras played an active role in a Tren de Aragua prostitution ring and is connected to a recent shooting in Portland.

The driver of the vehicle was Luis David Nico Moncada, suspected Tren de Aragua gang member with a FINAL ORDER OF REMOVAL. He illegally entered the U.S. in 2022 and was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. Since then, he has been arrested for DUI and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Both individuals are currently hospitalized. The FBI will assume custody upon their release.

Burrus, a member of the Party for Socialism and Liberation who self-identifies as a transgender woman, said losing faith in the Democrats and never having faith in the Republicans led to embracing communism. ​

1⃣ Freedom Road Socialist Organization @FreedomRoadOrg – A self-described communist group immediately dispatched its members to the site of the killing in Minneapolis, and they are the ones behind clashes with ICE officers. The FBI has investigated the group – whose members wear distinct red swag marked with FRSO – as a “revolutionary socialist and Marxist-Leninist organization,” citing alleged ties to foreign Marxist-Leninist extremist groups, including the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, the Communist Party of the Philippines, and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, known as FARC. 2⃣ @PeoplesForumNYC — Protest leaders arrived at AM, just before the 9 AM start for the protest in New York City, hauling two shopping carts full of bullhorns and pre-made black-and-white signs, printed with the message, “JUSTICE FOR RENEE NICOLE GOOD,” and a photo of Good, with “PARTY FOR SOCIALISM AND LIBERATION” across the bottom. It’s a nonprofit activist hub for groups include @AnswerCoalition, and it’s received funding from a tech tycoon, Neville Roy Singham, with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party. It stage-managed most of the day’s protest in NYC.

3⃣ Party for Socialism and Liberation @PSLNational — Their organizers handed out the signs asking folks standing around: “Want a sign?” They organized protests across their national network, and they work closely with The People’s Forum.

4⃣ Democratic Socialists of America @DemSocialist — Its members joined the NYC march, wearing their distinct red beanies with DSA across the front, while its member NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani repeated the talking points of the socialist groups, saying the ICE officer “murdered” the woman. They are also organizing protests across their national network.

5⃣ Revolutionary Internationalist Youth from City University of New York — The carried handmade signs and copies of their newspaper, “The Revolution,” which said they promoted “the program of Marx, Lenin, and Trotsky.”

6⃣ Spartacist League members from the U.S. chapter of the International Communist League – They distributed copies of “Workers Vanguard,” which calls itself a “Marxist Newspaper”

The socialist-adjacent groups joining them in using this moment to organize protests are:
7⃣ @IndivisibleTeam – Closely aligned with the Democratic Party, it organized #HandsOff #NoKings marches all year and is now organizing protests nationwise.

8⃣ 50501 – It also organized #TeslaTakedown protests against Elon Musk and is throwing its muscle behind anti-ICE protests.

9⃣ @RefuseFascism – They moved through the crowd in NYC, handing out slick, freshly printed pamphlets titled “The People’s Indictment of Donald Trump,”

Why does it matter to know these names?

Feeding Our Future was a Minnesota nonprofit founded in 2016 by Aimee Bock, ostensibly to distribute meals to children in need through federal child nutrition programs administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). During the COVID-19 pandemic, when oversight was relaxed to expedite aid, the organization exploded in size. By 2021, it claimed to be serving millions of meals at hundreds of sites across the state. But federal investigators allege it was all a sham: fake meal counts, shell companies, kickbacks, and money laundering on a massive scale.

It relied on legal and lobbying muscle to fend off early scrutiny from the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), which flagged suspicious growth as early as 2020 and began denying site applications. Enter Hylden Advocacy & Law, a powerhouse Minneapolis firm known for its cozy ties to Democratic leaders, including Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison.

Sarah Clarke: The Mayor’s Wife at the Center of the Storm

Mayor Jacob Frey’s wife, Sarah Clarke (also known as Sarah Stephens Frey), was no peripheral player. Until January 2022, the exact month of the FBI raids, Clarke served as a lobbyist and government liaison at Hylden Advocacy & Law. The firm, led by Nancy Hylden, provided legal representation and lobbying services to Feeding Our Future, appearing in court alongside Bock and helping the nonprofit navigate regulatory hurdles. Hylden’s tagline? “Your friend at the Capitol.” And friends they were: the firm was listed in Feeding Our Future’s annual reports to the Minnesota Attorney General as far back as 2019.

Clarke’s abrupt departure from the firm coincided precisely with the federal crackdown, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions. Was it coincidence, or did insider knowledge from City Hall or federal connections prompt her exit? Frey has denied any awareness of the fraud, and no charges have been filed against Clarke, Hylden, or the mayor himself. Hylden’s reach extends further. The firm also lobbied for the Somali Museum of Minnesota, founded by Osman Ali in 2011. Ali pleaded guilty to fraud in a separate case, yet the museum received $4.5 million in state funding just months later. This isn’t isolated; Minnesota’s Somali community has been at the epicenter of multiple fraud schemes, including a $104 million housing scam, $399 million in autism fraud, and billions in remittances to Somalia. Hylden’s involvement in these orbits raises red flags about how lobbying dollars influence public funds.

January 10, 2026 - New docs reveal Jack Smith team approved $20k payment to informant to snitch on Trump team during Arctic Frost probe

(…) But the biggest bombshell in the latest document was the revelation that the FBI had an informant that Smith’s office approved for compensation for the dirt he or she shared with the FBI.

An electronic communication “documents prosecutorial approval, in the form of emailed concurrence from Counselor to the Special Counsel Raymond Hulser on 06/02/2023, of a payment for information in the amount of $20,000.00 to [name redacted] for information provided in support of captioned investigation,” one memo reads.

“The payment was discussed by Raymond Hulser and Assistant Special Counsel Julia Gegenheimer with Special Counsel Jack Smith,” the memo added.

The memos showed the chain of approval with an FBI agent who wrote to Smith’s office on June 2, 2023.

“As discussed, request your office’s concurrence in our proposed payment of $20,000 for CHS’ provision of information in support of the investigation,” the agent wrote.

Hulser wrote back succinctly, “Concur, thank you.”

Patel told Just the News that the release of the documents were part of a larger effort by the FBI to ensure all evidence of law-enforcement  and weaponization is made public and given to congressional oversight committees after years of it being withheld or hidden under past directors.

“Under my leadership, the FBI is producing documents at record speed to get the facts straight to the American people. What occurred in the Arctic Frost matter was an egregious abuse of power and violation of the law. This FBI is committed to restoring accountability and public trust,” he said.

There have long been rumors of an informant that the FBI used to build the Arctic Frost case, and the new memos are certain to spur intrigue as to the person’s identity and whether they were a Trump insider.

Arctic Frost has generated controversy because it secured an order from U.S. District Judge Boasberg that let the executive branch, in the form of Smith’s office, obtain the phone records of eight U.S. senators and one congressman and swept up information from hundreds of conservative figures and groups.
