January 30, 2026 - Epstein Files: New video log reveals an orange shape near Epstein cell; noose found near body is not cause of death

Newly released Department of Justice documents show that investigators reviewing surveillance footage from the night of Jeffrey Epstein’s death observed an orange-colored shape moving up a staircase toward the isolated, locked tier where his cell was located at approximately 10:39 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2019.

That entry in an observation log of the video from the Metropolitan Correctional Center appears to suggest something previously unreported by authorities: “A flash of orange looks to be going up the L Tier stairs — could possibly be an inmate escorted up to that Tier.”

It also appears, according to an FBI memorandum, that reviews by investigators led to disparate conclusions by the FBI and those examining the same video from the Department of Justice’s Office of Inspector General.

The FBI log describes the fuzzy image as “possibly an inmate.”

(…) The new records raise more questions about activity near Epstein’s tier late that evening. Official reviews of Epstein’s death make no mention of the figure in orange, and later pronouncements from authorities including the attorney general at the time, Bill Barr, were  that no one entered Epstein’s housing tier the night of his death. Last summer in an interview on “Fox & Friends,” then-deputy FBI director Dan Bongino said, “There’s video clear as day, he’s the only person in there and the only person coming out. You can see it.”

Prison employees interviewed by CBS News said escorting an inmate at that hour would have been highly unusual. The identification of the individual could have been crucial to reconstructing the events, given that the sighting occurred within the estimated window of Epstein’s possible time of death.

The staircase leading to his cell tier was captured by the only camera known to have been recording that night, positioned in a way that partially obscured the approach to Epstein’s tier. Government investigators relied heavily on that footage in reconstructing the timeline of events. But because of the camera angle, it was not possible to rule out whether someone could have climbed the stairs and entered the tier without being clearly visible. CBS News’ analysis of that video found additional contradictions between what the video showed and official statements.

WHO IS LEON BLACK?

Leon Black had the closest relationship with Jeffrey Epstein of anyone.

And this is where things get really, really dark.

You see, Leon Black was a biter. “That fat fuck bit me. He threw me on the floor and blood all over Jeffreys carpet,” one woman journaled. She wasn’t alone.

Leon Black founded Apollo Global Management — one of the largest private equity firms on earth. $600 billion in assets under management. He was one of the most powerful men on Wall Street for three decades.

He paid Jeffrey Epstein $158 million.

No written contract. No invoices. $23-26 million per year to a man who was neither a licensed attorney nor a CPA. When the Senate Finance Committee asked how the payments were calculated, Black refused to answer.

Apollo hired the law firm Dechert to investigate. Their finding: “Epstein was being paid for some reason other than the services he was providing.”

667 DOJ documents. Every quote below is verbatim.

Black says he paid Epstein for “professional advisory services.” The documents show something else entirely.

Deutsche Bank’s internal credit committee: “Leon Black was referred to new AWM banker Paul Morris by Jeffrey Epstein, Black’s estate/tax planning attorney.” Epstein wasn’t advising. He was choosing Black’s banks and orchestrating a $1.5 billion estate restructuring.

Deutsche Bank internal email, April 2015: “They confirmed Jeffrey Epstein will have authority to transact on Leon’s behalf.” The same week, a DB banker processed “additional paperwork to add JE as POA.” Power of Attorney. Over a billionaire’s bank account. Given to Jeffrey Epstein.

Leon Black’s personal assistant emailed Epstein: “I’m sending over the bank statements now – if you have any questions about the deposits, just give me a call.” Epstein’s instruction: “fed ex to my st thomas office.” A billionaire’s bank statements — FedExed to Epstein’s island.

In Epstein’s files: Black’s complete net worth. $5.3 billion. Art: $1.68 billion. Seven trusts named Yggdrasil, Gandalf, Tron, Rollo Tomasi, Mallory. The $1 billion art insurance policy. Epstein had the complete financial X-ray of one of the richest men in America.

Epstein’s own employees — using @epstein.com email addresses — filed Black’s personal taxes. On Epstein’s payroll, filing a billionaire’s 1040.

The only known email in Black’s own words: “I don’t think we got a chance to cover about 2/3 of relevant matters including Rowan, etal; plus I am still getting over the unsettling shock of your last 4 page epistle. Maybe we should focus on having some fun for now.” Rowan is Marc Rowan — Apollo’s co-founder. Epstein was sending 4-page strategy memos about Apollo’s internal politics.

21 wire transfers from Black to Epstein. All routed to “Southern Trust Company Inc” — Epstein’s entity in the U.S. Virgin Islands. When Deutsche Bank’s anti-money laundering unit flagged a $22.5 million wire, the compliance inquiry came back: “The purpose of the wire was to pay a fee as Mr. Black is a client of Mr. Epstein. Mr. Epstein is expecting $8-10mn more to come into the account.” The wire went from BV70 LLC — Black’s yacht entity — to Plan D LLC — Epstein’s aircraft entity. $22.5 million from a yacht to a plane.

And money flowed both ways. Black’s assistant to Epstein’s office: “Leon said thank you for the check, but he said it was supposd to be $1,500,000, so can we have the other $500,000!!!!” Subject line: “MRA check.” Four exclamation points.

178 documented meetings and phone calls. One Sunday meeting ran from 10am to 5pm — seven hours. Staff asked: “did you want to order lunch?” Real-time arrival alerts: “Leon Black will arrive in 5Minutes!” “Leon Black is here!” Black always went TO Epstein. Never the reverse.

All of this happened at the same address. 9 East 71st Street. Jeffrey Epstein’s New York townhouse.

The seven-hour Sunday meeting. The bank statements and trust documents. The arrival alerts.

The same townhouse where, according to FBI files, three women describe being violently assaulted by Leon Black.

Three victims. Independent. They never met each other. All describe the same thing — the same man, the same townhouse, the same act: a violent biting ritual. Three women, years apart, no contact with each other, each independently describing an identical pattern of sexual violence so specific that the victims’ attorney told the FBI: “There is nothing publicly out there about the details of his specific sex acts with our client, so there is no way she could know.” And: “It is too abnormal to make up.”

Victim 3 was a minor. Introduced to Ghislaine Maxwell at age 17. Her mother was complicit — told her “Leon Black is VIP because he is a special friend of Jeffrey’s.” She kept a journal. A scrapbook. Contemporaneous.

Page 7: “Walk down Madison Avenue to 71st St. Mr. Black is so important for some reason over my health… that fat fuck bit me! He threw me on the floor and blood all over Jeffreys carpet. Leon can go fuck himself.”

She needed medical attention. Bleeding after the assault.

The FBI examined the journal. Gel pen. Paper aging. “No evidence found for recent fabrication.” This is not a lawsuit filing. It is a child’s record of what happened to her.

Page 11: “Even old senators like George Mitchell who you think would be good like a grandpa are bad.” The same page names Ted Leonsis, Steve Case, Dan Snyder, Jim Kimsey.

Victim 2 had never met Victim 1. Had never spoken to the attorneys. Had no access to the case file. On August 9, 2021, she cold-called the law firm. She said: “Leon Black raped her violently.” She described the identical biting pattern. The identical location. The identical act.

Black paid Victim 1 a total of $1,187,000 between 2012 and 2021. Eight wire transfers. Three progressively obfuscated payment vehicles: first “LEON D BLACK” — his personal name. Then “THE J BLACK TRUST” — a family trust. Then “E TRUST” — an anonymous entity. Each vehicle more anonymous than the last.

June 2023. The subject line of an internal FBI email: “Leon Black/Additional HT Subject Referral — Update.” HT = Human Trafficking. The same month, Black paid a $62.5 million settlement to the U.S. Virgin Islands. The investigation was confirmed still active as of October 16, 2024. FBI New York. Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking unit.

Indeed, an Oct. 7, 2004, email from former Clinton Foundation official Mary Morrison to Maxwell asks for a $1 million wire transfer.

“I told them to be expecting $l million USA dollars… and that it would be coming in the next few days,” Morrison, who was an executive assistant to former President Bill Clinton, said at the time.

About a week later, Epstein responded to the email with a message, likely to Maxwell: “Ask him to tell you why i million now and where will it be going.”

It’s not clear what happened after that. However, the emails are the latest indication that Maxwell and Epstein indeed had a major role in the Clinton Foundation—the conduit allegedly used by Hillary Clinton to trade political favors for monetary donations.

Maxwell revealed Epstein’s ties to the Clinton Foundation in her interview with the DOJ last July, when asked whether he had business ties with Bill Clinton.

“I was part of the beginning process of the Clinton Global Initiative. And that was something that I helped with and that was me, and Epstein may have helped me help them. And in that context, he may well have involved himself, but only in the context of something that I was trying to do,” she told prosecutors, according to the interview transcripts.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche then asked whether Epstein donated to the foundation, and Maxwell said she believes he had.

THREAD, NO KINGS IN THE SENATE?: The Helsinki Commission, the almighty foreign democracy operations arm of Congress

The No Kings crowd marched today against the one branch of government where you can actually see who’s in charge. They should try the Senate.

At 3 AM on Friday, Thune passed a funding bill by voice vote. Funded everything except immigration enforcement. Just completely gave into the Democratic demands.

Inside that Senate sits a body called the Helsinki Commission. No FOIA. No Inspector General. No records retention policy. It operates in permanent darkness, and what’s hiding in there makes the 3 AM vote look transparent.

Few in Washington, D.C. have been stronger supporters of expanding U.S. support for Ukraine in its war with Russia than Senator Roger Wicker (R-MS), who is the Chairman of the powerful Senate Armed Services Commitee. Last November, he dismissed the Trump administration’s efforts as a “so-called peace plan.” In recent weeks, Wicker has insisted that ”Ukraine should not be forced to give up the sovereign territory it deserves and it currently controls” and repeatedly compared Putin to Hitler. And Wicker said the US must commit to protecting Ukraine “on a permanent basis,” including by giving it “long-range strike capabilities.”

Those positions put Wicker at odds with many experts, the Trump administration, and the Republican Party’s base. Most experts believe any peace agreement will require that Ukraine give up land, and that giving Ukraine longer-range weapons will push the US and Russia closer to nuclear conflict.

Wicker exercises his power as the chairman of a little-known government agency, the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, commonly known as “the Helsinki Commission.” His Armed Services Chairmanship is one of the most powerful roles in Washington, overseeing top defense nominees and record U.S. military spending, expected to exceed $1 trillion next year.

Steven Schrage, a longtime Republican foreign policy expert, was, along with the Helsinki Commission’s General Counsel, tasked with leading an official investigation of the Commission that began in the Spring of 2023 and ended in March 2024. Schrage says Wicker and his Helsinki Commission have been “compromised” by foreign actors working to undermine Trump Administration officials and trigger a wider U.S. war with Russia.

Steven Schrage, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, co-chair of the U.S. delegation to the G8 Anti-Crime and Terrorism Group, and the Scholl Chair in International Business at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).

Schrage said he decided to speak out now because he fears Congress will increase the Commission’s funding when the House passes its major appropriations bill today, allowing the Commission to operate outside administration oversight after the 2026 midterm elections.

Schrage has provided whistleblower documents (below) related to the investigation to U.S. officials and has urged the Trump administration to immediately open independent investigations by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), federal counterintelligence, and FARA officials.

“For the first six months after Trump got elected, it looked like the Commission would be quietly wound down due to these reported violations,” said Schrage. “Then the Commission took extraordinary steps to reinstall all the main characters that had been involved in the criminal and national security violations. As the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Tulsi Gabbard leads the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), which includes 18 agencies and elements responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence to protect national security. Elections are designated as a subsector of critical infrastructure by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under Presidential Policy Directive 21 (PPD-21), a 2013 directive that identifies 16 critical infrastructure sectors vital to U.S. security, economy, and public health. Bill Stevenson, the former husband of Dr. Jill Biden, has been charged with the murder of his current wife, Linda Stevenson, who was found unresponsive in the couple’s Delaware home in December, authorities said Tuesday.

Stevenson, 77, was taken into custody by the New Castle County cops on Monday after a weeks-long investigation into the death of his wife. The case was presented to a grand jury, which handed down a murder indictment, according to a statement from the police department.

Jerry Nadler’s latest meltdown? Classic Dem institutional panic as Trump’s ICE finally enforces the law without apology.

He rants about “masked hoodlums” and “thugs” terrorizing citizens, implying people would be “justified in shooting” masked figures coming at them – – then claims it’s about ICE hiding misbehavior with masks and no body cams. Walked it back fast when called out for inciting violence against federal agents.

– Why the hysteria? Nadler’s spent decades swimming in the open-borders swamp: weak enforcement, sanctuary pushes, census games that pad blue seats. Now the mandate flips, agents do their jobs, and his power base feels the heat.

– “Fascism in our streets”? Projection. Real fascism vibes come from Dems who smear law enforcement as “Gestapo” or “thugs” while shielding criminals and obstructing deportations.

– This is escalation: Starts with rhetoric calling ICE rogue/terrorizing, ends with justifying resistance (read: violence). We’ve seen this playbook—riots, attacks on officers, then “mostly peaceful” spin.

February 5, 2026 - Antifa terrorist publicly calling for the murder of ICE agents, is arrested in Minneapolis

Self-identified Antifa member Kyle Wagner was arrested today on federal threat and cyberstalking charges following alleged murder and assault threats against ICE, announced United States Attorney Jerome F. Gorgon, Jr. Wagner, 37 of Minneapolis, is expected to make an initial appearance in federal court today.

“This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “Today’s arrest illustrates that you cannot run, you cannot hide, and you cannot evade our federal agents: if you come for law enforcement, the Trump Administration will come for you.”

“It’s no surprise that an Antifa terrorist is allegedly threatening to kill and assault federal law enforcement officers as they dutifully remove criminal threats from neighborhoods,” said Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. “After all, this is what Antifa is about, lawlessness and violence. But under the leadership of President Trump and Attorney General Bondi, there is no safe haven for terrorists and no protection from the full weight of justice.

“We know that a ‘worthless man plots evil, and his speech is like a scorching fire.’ And Wagner’s alleged actions were an attempt to spread fire into our peaceful community. That is not going to happen,” said U.S. Attorney Gorgon.

According to the criminal complaint, Wagner has escalated his opposition to ICE operations, including conspiring and threatening to assault federal law enforcement officers in Minneapolis. In January 2026, Wagner repeatedly posted on Facebook and Instagram encouraging his followers to forcibly confront, assault, impede, oppose, and resist federal officers whom he referred to as the “gestapo” and “murderers.”

On January 8, 2026, Wagner posted a video directly threatening ICE agents by stating, “I’ve already bled for this city, I’ve already fought for this city, this is nothing new, we’re ready this time, ICE we’re f—ing coming for you.” The following day, Wagner posted about the “constant harassment of ICE” and said that “we need to continue that, but we also need to cripple them.” Wagner then advocated for physical confrontation, stating, “Anywhere we have an opportunity to get our hands on them, we need to put our hands on them.”

Wagner also urged others to “hunt” ICE, including those who are “armed” to “fight [ICE]. This is kill or be killed.” He described agitators’ “goal [ ] to unmask and identify [ICE] agents – stop their ability to arrest individuals through group resistance.” On January 10, 2026, Wagner asserted that “we are at f—– war” and stated, “So, either we’re going to win, or I will die in this process.” On January 13, 2026, Wagner praised the success of the agitators’ anti-ICE efforts, stating, “This is where ICE has come to die” and then threatened ICE agents, “We want to know who they are. We will identify every single one of them and we will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. If it has to be done at the barrel of a gun, then let us have a little f—— fun.”

On January 24, 2026, Wagner stated that he was “not talking about peaceful protests anymore.” And urged violence against federal officers: “Get your f—– guns and stop these f—— people.” Wagner also reposted a video where he passed out gas masks and shields to agitators.

The complaint further alleges that on January 29, 2026, Wagner, used his Instagram account to dox a pro-ICE individual by publishing a phone number, birth month and year, and address in Oak Park, Michigan, threatening the individual. Wagner later admitted that he doxxed the victim’s parents’ house.

A complaint is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt.  The defendant is presumed innocent.  As a felony trial cannot be held on a complaint, a decision to seek an indictment will be made in the near future.

The case was investigated by the agents of Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations.

February 7, 2026 - ODNI Tulsi Gabbard: Senator Mark Warner and his friends in the propaganda media have repeatedly lied to the American people

Senator Mark Warner and his friends in the Propaganda Media have repeatedly lied to the American people that I or the ODNI “hid” a whistleblower complaint in a safe for eight months. This is a blatant lie.

The truth:

– I am not now, nor have I ever been, in possession or control of the Whistleblower’s complaint, so I obviously could not have “hidden” it in a safe. Biden-era IC Inspector General Tamara Johnson was in possession of and responsible for securing the complaint for months.

– The first time I saw the whistleblower complaint was 2 weeks ago when I had to review it to provide guidance on how it should be securely shared with Congress.

– As Vice Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Senator Warner knows very well that whistleblower complaints that contain highly classified and compartmented intelligence—even if they contain baseless allegations like this one—must be secured in a safe, which the Biden-era Inspector General Tamara Johnson did and her successor, Inspector General Chris Fox, continued to do. After IC Inspector General Fox hand-delivered the complaint to the Gang of 8, the complaint was returned to a safe where it remains, consistent with any information of such sensitivity.

– Either Senator Warner knows these facts and is intentionally lying to the American people, or he doesn’t have a clue how these things work and is therefore not qualified to be in the U.S. Senate—and certainly not the Vice Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Here is a detailed chronology of the situation:

– June 2025, I became aware that a whistleblower made a complaint against me that after further investigation, neither Biden-era IC Inspector General Tamara Johnson nor current IC Inspector General Chris Fox found the complaint to be credible.

– The complaint required special handling and storage in a safe because the complainant chose to include highly sensitive information within the complaint itself rather than referencing the sensitive reporting and leaving the complaint at a lower level of classification.

– Security standards for complaints that include such sensitive intelligence required the Inspector General to keep the complaint and the intelligence referenced secured in a safe from the time the complaint was made, until now.

– In June 2025 after Biden-era Inspector General Tamara Johnson completed her review of the complaint, no further oversight or investigative activity took place.

– Biden-era Inspector General Johnson had communicated with me directly throughout the course of her investigation into this complaint, yet neither she nor anyone from her office informed me that the Whistleblower chose to send the complaint to Congress which would require me to issue security instructions.

– When a complaint is not found to be credible, there is no timeline under the law for the provision of security guidance. The “21 day” requirement that Senator Warner alleges I did not comply with, only applies when a complaint is determined by the Inspector General to be both urgent AND apparently credible. That was NOT the case here.

– I was made aware of the need to provide security guidance by IC Inspector General Chris Fox on December 4, 2025, which he detailed in his letter to Congress.

– I took immediate action to provide the security guidance to the Intelligence Community Inspector General who then shared the complaint and referenced intelligence with relevant members of Congress last week.

Senator Warner’s decision to spread lies and baseless accusations over the months for political gain, undermines our national security and is a disservice to the American people and the Intelligence Community.

Rep. Abigail Spanberger calls Tulsi Gabbard a “conspiracy theorist” as she goes on Jen Psaki’s show to push her own conspiracy theory: The completely baseless, evidence-free insinuation that Tulsi is a “Russian asset.”

She says Tulsi is “dangerous,” when Rep. Spanberger is the one who has backed every reckless escalation of the Ukraine War — and has called for even more — hurting our own readiness while raising the risk of nuclear war.

Spanberger claims a serving Army Reservist who served on the Armed Services and Foreign Affairs committees can’t be trusted, when she herself is a former CIA agent, a veteran of the most consistently incompetent, untrustworthy, paranoid, failed agency in the American government. Spanberger’s colleagues are the ones who got us into Iraq, believed the Russia hoax, and called the Biden laptop fake. Spanberger herself spread outrageous lies from our “intel community,” like the bogus claim that Russia put bounties on U.S. soldiers.

People like Spanberger are exactly why Americans despise and distrust the intelligence agencies that are suppose to serve them — and why we need Tulsi Gabbard to reform them.
